Who We Are
Lazerus Law is a firm that specializes in litigating contractual disputes, obtaining trademark registrations, and drafting living trusts and wills.
Prior to founding Lazerus Law, Leontyne Fan Lazerus was a trial attorney at a boutique firm, and represented international businesses and individuals in both California state and federal courts. As the first chair attorney at trials, Leontyne obtained favorable jury and non-jury verdicts for her clients in business and intellectual property litigation.
Leontyne also owns and serves as the in-house counsel for Lazerus Properties, a premier real estate and lending brokerage, with her husband.
Leontyne is admitted to practice in the State of California, United States District Court in the Northern, Central, and Southern District of California, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. She graduated with honors from Loyola Law School Los Angeles.
